Operational Service Delivery Officer

(HEO4) $73,961 - $81,067 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fulltime, fixed term position, available until end of March 2028.

Do you have excellent customer service skills and thrive working in a hands-on operation environment?  We are seeking a Service Delivery Officer to join the Professional and Continuing Education Team, so we want to hear from you.

The Service Delivery Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective front of house, course delivery and general administrative services for all professional education programs, events, and functions within Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) ensuring that service levels are of an exemplary standard.

The Service Delivery Officer will assist the broader Business Services team in the provision of general administration tasks and activities that support the overall function of PACE services, internal staff, facilitators, consultants, and customers. Duties include managing enquiries, processing enrolments, purchasing and invoicing, preparation of training materials and supporting event management.

To be successful you will need:

• Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and service improvement.
• Demonstrated professional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Competent in the use of various technology and software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with client management systems.
• Demonstrated fast and accurate data entry skills.
