About us
Our purpose is to bring hope to life by enabling life-changing therapies for patients around the globe, creating a healthier and happier tomorrow. Our mission is to work side by side with our customers in order to improve patients’ lives by bringing new biopharmaceuticals to market — and we’re looking for a curious, reliable student to join our Manufacturing Product Support team at our multiproduct facility in Søborg.
Why this role is great for you
This is a hands-on opportunity to accelerate your transition from studies into industry. You’ll work alongside process scientists and experienced colleagues, contribute to real production workstreams, and gain practical skills in documentation, data handling, and quality processes that employers value. At the same time you’ll gain mentoring and feedback that help you grow professionally now, not just later.
What You’Ll Do
We are offering a Student Assistant position within our Manufacturing Product Support department at our manufacturing site in Søborg. As a student assistant your responsibilities will vary, but you can expect to become a valued member of the student assistant team, consisting of six other students besides future you. Your colleagues will be eager to learn from your perspective and share valuable insights in return. You’ll collaborate with team members, department colleagues, and stakeholders across the organization.
As a Student Assistant in Manufacturing Product Support you will:
- Handle and validate data used to inform customer project outcomes and batch reviews.
- Support the review team by collecting and digitizing information from paper-based documentation — a critical step for batch release.
- Draft basic step MPRs (e.g., buffer/media preparation) for review by process scientists.
- Assist with parts of the deviation handling workflow and other quality-related tasks.
- Support daily operations and project work
- Bring a flexible, proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- What We’re Looking For
You’re a dependable, organized student with at least 12 months of study left and a strong interest in biomanufacturing and quality systems. To succeed you should:
- Be enrolled in a science-related BSc or MSc programme.
- Have excellent time management and the ability to work independently and in small teams.
- Show initiative, a positive/solution-oriented mindset and reliability.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting others across teams.
- Communicate clearly in English.
- Have proficiency with the Microsoft package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Be available ~15–20 hours/week on-site at our Copenhagen facility (typically two work days).
- Nice to have: Interest in AI and PowerBI or similar data tools.
