Make a Difference Behind the Scenes at MCHC 

MCHC is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting MCHC staff and patients by ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to a positive and supportive environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect surfaces, including walls, windows, desktops, countertops, doorknobs, restrooms, floors, and shared equipment.
• Remove trash and maintain common areas, conference rooms, and staff workspaces.
• Perform grounds maintenance and support facility upkeep.
• Support MCHC’s energy conservation and sustainability initiatives by recycling, reporting leaks, and conserving energy.
• Ensure staff and patient safety by responding to spills, removing hazards, and reporting concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to staff requests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Preferred Qualifications:

•  1+ years of experience in a healthcare or similar cleaning role.
