Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead the implementation of production launches for new and existing products and product lines. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a results-driven mindset to meet program milestones, budgets, and timelines. The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers, ensuring successful program execution in accordance with company goals and the JCS Gate system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex program launches across multiple disciplines, ensuring goals for cost, budget, and timing are met.
- Prepare and maintain APQP documentation including open issues, schedules, budgets, and checklists.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical and professional coordination of plant resources to meet program objectives.
- Develop and refine procedures to ensure safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery.
- Manage product cost, profit margins, and overall launch budgets.
- Conduct regular program reviews and prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track performance metrics including PPAP, profit/loss, budgets, engineering changes, prototypes, and timelines.
- Submit customer-specific documentation such as APQP forms, tooling records, and program schedules.
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales and customers regarding program matters.
- Coordinate design reviews, Make/Buy analysis, and Design for Manufacturing reviews.
- Utilize and improve QMS procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s Degree or five years of relevant program management experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Experience with AS400 or other ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated team player.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of desk work and computer use.
- Ability to lift up to 32 pounds.
- Must be able to navigate all departments within the facility.
- Occasional walking, standing, and reaching required.
Work Environment:
- Office and manufacturing facility setting.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
- Occasional time spent in prototype or test lab environments.
Work Hours:
- Monday through Friday, with regular extended hours and occasional weekends.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel to vendor and customer sites as needed.
- Regular travel between JCSNA locations.
- Occasional international travel may be required.
