Description
The Digital Communications & Graphics Coordinator (DCGC) supports the Marketing Creative Specialist and executive team on projects aimed at enhancing brand visibility, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing campaigns. This role collaborates closely with departments such as marketing, development, and events to support GasTech’s global brand growth. The DCGC is responsible for creating digital communications—including social media content, newsletters, and graphic design—and enhancing the organization’s online presence and visual identity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to support events, campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
- Contribute innovative ideas during weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and awareness.
- Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers.
- Track and analyze digital communications and social media performance metrics.
- Prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, newsletters, fundraising campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Assist in the creation of print materials for sales and trade shows.
- Support cohesive visual branding in collaboration with the Creative Specialist and marketing team.
- Help manage brand initiatives and execute marketing strategies.
- Assist in organizing and executing events.
- Attend regional company events, including travel to Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience (internships included).
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
- Experience with print design and creation of sales and trade show materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital photography and video editing is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Must respond to emails in a timely manner. If on vacation, an out-of-office reply must be set with direction to the office admin or direct manager.

- Ability to learn quickly through on-the-job training and retain information effectively.
- 2+ years of marketing experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media tools
- Strong writing, design, and content creation skills for digital and print (a must)
