About This Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned Business Execution Senior Manager.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Drive strategic priorities, transformation, and operational efficiency aligned with India and Philippines goals and evolving market dynamics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping high-impact initiatives with clearly defined scopes, outcomes, and success metrics.
  • Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programs with precision, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder buy-in, and timely execution.
  • Cultivate enduring partnerships through transparent communication and tailored solutions that reflect leadership vision and priorities.
  • Mentor and develop junior talent, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and strategic frameworks—such as market analysis, forecasting, and portfolio optimization—to inform actionable recommendations.
  • Assist leadership in developing high-impact executive presentations and ensure preparedness for senior-level meetings.
  • Collaborate with Lines of Business (LOBs) to meet stakeholder requirements and maintain organizational alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks early, escalating critical issues to ensure swift and effective resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in leading strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and aligning investments with business priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in data modeling, financial analysis, and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare) with knowledge of compliance and audit requirements.

Job Expectations:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, planning, finance, or operations within a large enterprise or financial institution.
