Job Purpose:

This role is to enhance agency communications for deeper understanding and better engagement from salesforce, driving sales performance towards company’s business objective.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creative Communication:

  • Build creative communication plan for Agency Division.
  • Enhance current online communication channels and apply new initiatives into communication activities in order to increase engagement and participation of salesforce, especially focused project segments such as Rookie, MDRT, Leader development.
  • Review all scheme materials and contents for a variety of internal communications channels; ensure internal communication messages are consistent.
  • Manage and report results of communication activities periodically
  1. 2. Reconcile and optimise department’s budget & Crisis management preparedness:

  3. 4. Other tasks assigned by manager
  • Collaborate with related departments in crisis handling
  • Support prompt and efficiency communications to salesforce in crisis
  • Recruit, develop and coach direct reports for performance.
  • Conduct and document staff performance review and appraisal on a regular basis, provide timely feedback for improvement.
  • Support build up individual development plan for direct report / subordinates’ staff.

Job Accountability:

1/ This role is to enhance quality and effectiveness of communication activities in order to increase salesforce engagement and sales productivity to achieve company strategies and objectives.

2/To ensure the effectiveness of communication for cross-functional projects.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least with bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant experiences
  • 4-5 years working experiences in Communications, either in- house or agency key account serving MNCs.
  • Experience in insurance or healthcare industry is an advantage.

Knowledge And Skill

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, result-oriented and organized.
  • Strategic and structured thought process.
  • Capable of problem analysis and problem resolution at functional level
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Project Management skills
