Nextworld builds a forward-thinking, no-code, cloud-based development and runtime platform with robust capabilities for enterprise applications.
You will nurture existing accounts and seek new ones within your territory. Specifically, you will drive sales of our Nextworld solutions in both new and existing accounts. As a key member of the sales team, you will coordinate and utilize various company resources, including Solution Engineers, to close opportunities. This role requires independent deal closure, engagement at all levels of prospect organizations, and effective coordination with a supportive team and cross-functional departments to consistently meet and exceed quota expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales And Customer Engagement:
- Executes full-cycle sales including territory planning, pipeline generation, progressing sales opportunities to close, and engaging our customers in a healthy long-term relationship with Nextworld®.
- To expand new business opportunities in existing and new customer accounts within the assigned territory to ensure meeting and/or exceeding assigned quarterly/annual quota objectives.
- Present and promote installation services, products, and packages that fit customer requirements.
- Provide accurate estimates, proposals, and project recommendations.
- Penetrate major accounts with the complete Nextworld® portfolio leading to achieving and/or exceeding assigned revenue targets, while adhering to all other corporate requirements.
- Maximize customer-facing activities with the ability to listen, understand, and communicate complex strategic solutions, utilizing effective discovery techniques to uncover sales opportunities.
- Most importantly, establish lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with installation teams, contractors, and project managers to ensure successful service delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate installation services based on customer requirements and timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues during the installation process.
Consultation & Product Knowledge:
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and installation processes.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend the right solutions.
- Provide guidance on installation options, warranties, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Quarterback a talented and effective sales support team, throughout the sales process.
Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback on customer needs to improve products and services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling installation services.
- Develop and implement territory-wide business and sales action plans to achieve sales quota in assigned territory by maintaining a solid opportunity pipeline;
- territory mapping and opportunity identification; maintaining all relevant data in Nextworld; formulating and executing major account strategies; efficiently qualifying prospects and following a disciplined solution selling approach; establishing accurate sales forecasts; executing sales plans consistently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ year track record of selling complex software solutions with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Skill and ability to analyze customers’ workflow, assess challenges, and determine where the ROI is most effective.
- Proven ability to leverage existing C-level relationships and operate in a highly competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (25% annual average) to customer sites.
- Must possess a high level of energy and positive attitude, and the ability to see the future and grow within the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of native Cloud ERP and/or No-Code software market.
- Demonstrated experience selling software in the supply chain, distribution, procurement, manufacturing, or inventory-dependent services industries.
Starting Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year
About The Team:
We build the no-code enterprise application platform (a.k.a. “EAP”) that is used by Nextworld’s customers and partners to create and run enterprise-grade business solutions. We have a knack for abstracting complex technical concepts into no-code facilities that are straightforward to use. The Platform allows for the development and execution of involved, integrated business applications — complete with workflow, business logic, eventing, external callouts, notifications, various user experiences, artificial intelligence, and more. Examples of applications suites built on the Platform are enterprise financials, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and real estate.

Position located in Overland Park, KS. Nextworld's hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
