Join our team of compassionate Social Workers dedicated to empowering patients and their families to achieve optimal psychological, emotional, spiritual, social, and physical well-being. Our Social Workers identify and foster coping skills and strengths within patients and families. They play a crucial role within the interdisciplinary team, addressing psychosocial stressors and collaborating to enhance the quality of end-of-life care for patients and their loved ones.

Compensation (Colorado Only):

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and expertise. Our starting range is between $60,000 to $70,000 annually.

Schedule:

The schedule for this position entails Monday through Friday day shifts.

Requirements

Qualifications And Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited school in social work, psychology, or other related field. 
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to provide comfort and support to patients and families/loved ones during a challenging time.
• Valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance
• Reliable vehicle
