Job Requirement:

  • Mission: Drive adoptions of and loyalty to BD products through technical support and services
  • Enable & support the following value-added service to BDM-PS customers:
  • Expert in providing laboratory services including analytical, bio analytical, functional and performance services in a GMP and non GMP environment, providing customers the flexibility to reduce internal investments and/or focus internal resources elsewhere
  • Fill/finish process support and services, including:
  • CMO and equipment vendor recommendations based on project requirements to ease fill/finish process implementation
  • BD Advanced drug delivery systems assembly equipment rental service
  • Start-up support for key product launches (risk reduction). Providing CDFM as a guidance for finished product assembling and packing processes.
  • Supporting customers with generic IFU to create their own instructions and educating customer’s launch teams about potential post market issues.
  • Assessment of customer line performance related to BD product handling with potential identification of improvement areas or upgrades, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) improvement, and total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction, KPI/critical process parameter optimization
  • Critical process issue at customer’s shopfloor troubleshooting and resolution
