Illuminus is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team onsite in Fitchburg, WI. We are looking for a recruiter with a passion for serving our communities and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The TA Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment— including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring candidates across multiple locations and facilities in southern Wisconsin. In addition, the position will support pre-employment onboarding and may assist with various HR-related activities as needed.

• Full-time, salaried position
• $58,000 - $71,000 per year, based on experience
• In Office position based in Fitchburg, WI

Responsibilities:

• Implement creative and effective recruiting methods and strategies for various roles across multiple locations/facilities.
• Analyze the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
• Research talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
• Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communications.
• Develop and utilize effective applicant screening methods and tools.
• Conduct phone and/or in person interviews and select qualified, mission aligned applicants.
• Work with hiring managers to develop an understanding of all open roles and responsibilities within the communities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
• Build relationships with applicants and past employees.
• Identify and participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, industry groups, etc.
• Conduct background screening and reference checks as required.
• Complete electronic onboarding process for all newly hired employees.
• Provide support to HR function as requested or required.

Requirements

• Two (2+) years successful recruitment or talent acquisition experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
