MANDATORY 5 CRITERIA FOR THE VIE PROGRAM:

  1. Age: You’re eligible if you are at least 18 years old and under 28 at the time of your application. In all cases, your departure must take place before your 29th birthday.
  2. Nationality: Although the program is “made in France,” the V.I.E is not limited to French nationals. Good news: all young people who hold the nationality of a country within the European Economic Area (EEA) can apply! Reminder: the EEA includes EU countries as well as Monaco, Liechtenstein, Iceland, and Norway. 
  3. National Service:
  4. Criminal Record: To be eligible for the V.I.E program, your criminal record (bulletin no. 2) must not contain any entries that are incompatible with the mission.
  5. Medical Fitness: You must be declared medically fit to carry out the mission. A medical certificate will be required to confirm this. 

Important: If you have already completed a V.I.E or V.I.A mission, you cannot apply again.

Main Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Reporting

You will play a key role in supporting the development of marketing strategies by conducting in-depth analyses of the competitive landscape. This includes monitoring market trends, evaluating new advertising initiatives, brand activities, and emerging media channels. You will be responsible for extracting and enhancing key insights from monthly performance reports, ensuring they contribute meaningfully to strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will prepare detailed analyses of media spending, track investment levels and assess campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts.

Procurement Flow

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process related to marketing campaigns. This includes ensuring accurate budget tracking and adherence to financial deadlines for each initiative. You will manage the monthly closure of financial documents, maintaining precision and consistency across all records. Additionally, you will produce monthly spending analyses to support budget monitoring and provide insights that contribute to financial planning and campaign optimization.

Campaign Management

You will support the coordination of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and media agencies. This includes organizing briefing sessions, mid-campaign reviews, and final reporting. You will contribute to the development and implementation of campaign strategies, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are clearly defined and effectively monitored. Weekly performance checks will be part of your routine to ensure campaigns stay on track. You will also be responsible for evaluating campaign outcomes and sharing insights with the marketing team to identify opportunities for improvement and future optimization.

Coordination

You will assist the media manager in facilitating smooth collaboration between the marketing team and media agencies. This includes managing regular updates related to changes in the activity grid and campaign planning. You will help organize and coordinate meetings focused on campaign briefings, follow-ups, setup, and post-campaign reviews, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

About You:

For this role, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with a Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication and a first hands-on experience in a relevant field. You have a genuine interest in media and digital communication, and you bring a proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented approach to your work. As a strong team player, you collaborate effectively while also taking initiative. You are comfortable working with data, possess a sharp analytical mindset, and can translate numbers into actionable insights. Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.
