Battlefield Health – Systematic’s new product 
Battlefield Health is Systematic’s new product that brings together the defence and medical domains in a unique new solution. SitaWare Battlefield Health operates as a single multinational set-up that supports patient tracking and patient flow management from the point of incident to repatriation. 
SitaWare Battlefield Health is designed to meet military requirements, and builds on Systematic’s 30+ years of experience at providing mission-critical solutions in both the Defence and the Healthcare domains. 

Take the lead on technical decisions 
As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team, designing and implementing high-quality software that makes a difference. You will be part of an international expansion programme, and start working on project-specific developments and core product enhancements while having the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. In addition, some of your key tasks will involve:

•    taking the lead on technical decisions and software architecture 
•    handling complex technical development tasks related to integration development and core product development
•    collaborating within a scrum-based development team 
•    seeking clarifications in collaboration with Solution Architects and across development teams to ensure an efficient and cohesive development process
•    shaping the solution together with domain advisors and users

You will be working in a distributed set-up (Aarhus/Bucharest) and be part of a scrum team that counts 7–10 Developers, Tester(s), an Architect, a Domain Advisor and a Project Manager.

• Experienced lead developer who wants to make a difference
• We expect you to have 8+ years of experience from a similar role and hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably within software.
• You have a technology toolbox that includes experience with Java, Angular 10+, Typescript, J2EE, IntelliJ IDEA and Gradle. In addition, we also expect the following:
•    You are results-oriented and proactive 
•    You enjoy collaborating across different teams 
•    You have experience with software architecture
•    You have security-related competencies, for example within secure communication
•    You are able to coach, encourage and lead other developers
•    It is a plus if you have experience with SitaWare development
•    You are a native Danish speaker and fluent in English.
