Team Leader - Software

• • Hands on experience in Verint Conversational AI / Speakeasy designing, configuring, deploying. • Strong knowledge of chatbot frameworks and NLP concepts intents, entities, dialog management. • Familiarity with AI/ML integration Speakeasy. • Expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware. • Good understanding of JSON, XML, Webhooks. • Experience in enterprise messaging platforms & its integrations WhatsApp, Teams, Webchat, IVR/Contact center. • Hands on experience on Verint Chatbot development or similar chatbot development with capabilities to design end to end use cases with intent, entities and dialog management with context • Strong knowledge of security standards OAuth2.0, SAML, mTLS. • Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP and containerized deployments Docker, Kubernetes. • Familiarity with analytics tools for chatbot monitoring Verint Analytics, Power BI, Tableau.
