We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to build career in a fast-paced and meaningful industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer experience, especially for high-priority and emergency life-saving products.
Your Role:
- End-to-End Order Management: Handle the full ordering process, including configuration checks, booking orders, and tracking shipments.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with innovative healthcare providers to ensure smooth delivery of health products.
- Emergency Product Orders: Prioritize and manage orders for critical medical devices, ensuring urgent needs are met efficiently.
- SAP Utilization: Leverage SAP for order processing and tracking.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with account managers, project managers, and product managers to align on customer needs and ensure operational excellence.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve order-related issues swiftly to maintain customer satisfaction.
