Email Marketing Specialist - (Night Shift - Remote)

We are looking for a self-motivated Email Marketing Specialist with a Computer Science degree who can independently plan and execute email campaigns for lead generation. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, tech-savvy, and can use AI tools efficiently to optimize campaigns and generate results.

VIDIZMO is an Enterprise Video Content and Digital Media Management Platform & Portal that allows customers to ingest, store, distribute and analyze live and on-demand video, and other digital media assets such as images, audios, documents, PPT, etc., to both internal and external targeted audiences with security and reliability. VIDIZMO platform is highly flexible and works with all devices, different tools, and platforms that may already be in use, and provides solutions for corporate communication, training, marketing, asset management, and digital evidence management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute email campaigns to generate leads.
• Research and build targeted email lists for outreach.
• Use AI tools to automate, personalize, and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports.
• Ensure high deliverability rates by maintaining clean and verified lists.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in email marketing & AI-driven automation.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in B2B lead generation or email marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-learner with the ability to produce results independently.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to use ChatGPT and other AI tools efficiently for lead generation and content.
• Analytical mindset to measure campaign success (open rates, clicks, conversions).
• Comfortable working in night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).

Nice To Have (Preferred):

• Understanding of email compliance laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
