Human Resources Specialist- Human Resources - Full-time

The HR Specialist performs a broad scope of standard and advanced HR responsibilities in support of day-to-day department operations. Key functions include onboarding, payroll, HRIS t, employee relations, benefit administration and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, discretion, and a passion for improving the employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR or similar experience, preferably in a healthcare or regulated environment.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Shift: Working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday
