What is the job about?
The Logistics Assistant is responsible to coordinate and execute activities to achieve flawless processing of sales orders and deliveries to meet customer expectation to requested and confirmed delivery dates.
Location: Páty
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Handling sales orders containing all data for perfect deliveries with incomplete SOs corrected; SAP delivery errors identified and corrected; detection and correction of missing route in deliveries
- Ensuring delivery creation for sales orders and STO’s due for delivery
- Taking care of timely placement and reset of delivery blocks
- Handling of premium freight
- Initiating and coordinating rush orders
- Providing information to 1Office and coordinating delayed deliveries not shipped
- Assessing order changes to support execution, rejection, modification
- Handling delivery issue related claims and CIC/mail enquiries on time
- Handling transparent assessment and effective execution of non-standard deliveries
- Monitoring of blocked deliveries for timely release
- Updating CMIR for specific order situations
- Regularly assessing customer feedback & action plans for customer service improvement, including monthly skype meetings; KPIs; Internal collaboration survey
Your Background
We Imagine That You Have:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge about order flow and customer service
- Fluency in English
- Good networking skills with stakeholders
- Structured work attitude and clear prioritization of issues when occurring at the same time
- Awareness when unsolved issues need to be escalated
