Product Development Lead Connectivity (all genders)
As the Product Development Lead (PDL) for the Radiology Connectivity Product Development Team, you play a crucial role in driving the development efforts from initiation through launch and stabilization. You contribute to the success of our medical device and software product connectivity portfolio by collaborating closely with the Product Team Lead and other team members to ensure product readiness, reliability, and performance, while supporting strategic life cycle management. Your leadership within the multi-functional Connectivity Product Development Team is vital for achieving program objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Act as a leader for the Product Development Team, exhibiting portfolio-level vision and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Design and propose integrated product development strategies based on regulatory and commercial needs
- Co-develop and update the Target Value Profile (TVP) or equivalent Market Requirements document
- Define, plan, and execute development milestones, ensuring alignment with program strategies
- Conduct systematic program reviews to enhance development efficiency and facilitate portfolio analysis
- Ensure transparent communication between the Product Development Team and the Product Team
- Deliver programs on time, within budget, and meeting quality requirements
- Manage performance of the Product Development Team, setting challenging objectives and fostering motivation
- Provide regular feedback to team members and seek feedback for personal and team improvement
Who You Are
- Advanced academic degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with extensive experience in the Radiology industry and medical device product development
- Knowledgeable in product development areas, primarily software and hardware
- Proven track record in medical device development, regulatory approval, product launch, and life cycle management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and decision-making influence
- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams
- High self-awareness and system awareness, actively seeking and giving feedback
- Outcome-focused, delivering impactful results across pipeline, team, talent, and organization
- Collaborate with accountability, respecting differences and embracing inclusion
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in business English
