As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Contracts & Legal Operations Specialist to build and lead our sourcing function, optimize vendor relationships, and deliver long-term value across the enterprise.

In this role you will be -

  • Drafting, reviewing, revising and negotiating a wide variety of customer and partner agreements including licensing SaaS, professional services, and support, NDAs, amendments, and other agreements with the support of our playbooks and the legal team.
  • Providing contractual guidance to internal clients.
  • Continuously streamlining, scaling and driving greatness in Archer's contract operations as Archer grows by using software tools, new and improved processes, templates and guides, intellect and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Administer legal tools such as LinkSquares.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Experience as a (i) transactional/commercial paralegal and/or (2) contracts manager/negotiation in contracts drafting and negotiations in software sales.
  • Strong experience building and improving contract operations
  • Substantial experience utilizing software and technology tools to support of contract operations
  • Sense of humor
  • Passionate about building relationships and collaborating with legal teammates and key stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent internal client-facing demeanor
  • Problem solver and highly responsive
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player who can effectively engage with other members of the legal department and other functional groups
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Curiosity regarding AI
