Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance management systems, policies, and processes.
  • Align performance metrics with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Track and analyze KPIs across departments to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Support managers in setting clear objectives and conducting performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching and training on performance management tools and techniques.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure performance outcomes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in performance reporting systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, HR, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in performance management, business operations, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in KPI development, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, proficiency in performance management software and data visualization tools.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Working Conditions
