Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance management systems, policies, and processes.
- Align performance metrics with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Track and analyze KPIs across departments to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
- Lead initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Support managers in setting clear objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and training on performance management tools and techniques.
- Utilize data analytics to measure performance outcomes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in performance reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, HR, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in performance management, business operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience in KPI development, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, proficiency in performance management software and data visualization tools.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Working Conditions
