Lead, organize, coordinate, control, motivate, and channel the work of all members of the Payments Department to meet all the Group's objectives, the objectives set by the Area Management for the Provider Invoice Management Department, following established procedures, the general accounting plan, the insurance accounting plan, contracts with clients, contracts or agreements with suppliers, the Group's culture and values, and ensuring that all Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Leakage procedures are followed.
What you will do
- Manage and coordinate team members regarding administrative matters (absences, vacations, permissions...) and professional development (performance, training, objectives...)
- Direct, organize, train, guide and coordinate team members and GDS team coordinators to ensure that all invoices received from suppliers/branches or entities within the group are handled and executed according to established agreements and contracts, complying with current legislation, the general accounting plan, and the insurance accounting plan.
- Direct, supervise, and respond to department members' inquiries to resolve claims received from suppliers, clients, branches, and generally any complaints received within the department, ensuring they are responded to correctly and within deadlines.
- Perform and supervise administrative activities to enable re-invoicing and re-billing to all clients according to established agreements with them.
- Ensure monthly reporting of quality and productivity indicators, regular monitoring of these performance matrix and prevention strategies.
- Support tenders for new products and clients supporting set-up of re-invoicing for various clients.
- Ensure PIM operations harmonization and supporting group with any strategic initiatives.
- Validate random checks conducted by GBM on a 0,10% of assignment with invoice registered from all suppliers, and authorize registrations up to 50,000 euro
