About The Role
As a Client Partner, you’ll own the end-to-end growth of a portfolio, with a laser focus on client acquisition, partnership development, and winning new deals.
Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You have a proven track record of acquiring and closing new clients in the IT services industry.
- You are skilled in the full cycle of consulting and sales — from prospecting and pitching, to negotiation, delivery, and account expansion.
- You bring strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
- You can confidently engage with C- and VP-level stakeholders, turning conversations into signed contracts.
- You value both closing the deal today and building the partnership for tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Deal Closing: Drive the sales cycle from first touch to signed contract, exceeding your quota.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with innovative startups and Fortune 500 brands, unlocking new opportunities.
- Account Growth: Lead post-sale delivery alignment, ensure client satisfaction, and expand Intellectsoft’s footprint across services and geographies.
- Market Presence: Act as a brand ambassador, positioning our solutions and thought leadership to solve client challenges.
- Negotiations & Strategy: Manage contracts, commercials, and go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing, legal, and finance. Provide leadership and insight on client needs, contributing to product/service evolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
