As a senior business analyst at Tribe Investments, you'll play a key role in developing sustainable investment products and services. As a senior business analyst, you'll work closely with our team to create an overall service that is personal and relevant, making a real impact on our clients' lives.

Practical Examples

• Collaborating with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and discuss new functionalities.
• Applying integration concepts and development best practices and focusing on quality practices. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our products and services are of the highest quality.
• Working together with various team members, including developers, solution architects, and process managers, to deliver a better product.
• Participating proactively in team decisions and challenging your team members on presented solutions and design. Your perspective will be critical in ensuring that we create the best possible solutions for our clients taking the dependencies and risks into account.
• Assessing the impact of various business decisions from a high level perspective to different IT teams within the Tribe.
• Coming up with potential solutions from a high level perspective in your role as a sparring partner for business stakeholders (from idea to implementation).
• Taking the lead with other business analysts within or outside our tribe.

You And Your Talent

• Experience with working in the Investments domain is a prerequisite. Preferably in the group of net worth individuals (private banking and wealth management).
• The ability to assess the impact from a high level business question on the current IT solutions.
• A natural communicator with excellent presentation skills and a proven track record of creating document designs to discuss with our customers or internal users.
• A problem solver with the ability to gather requirements and translate them into high level impact and user stories that drive results. You'll use your analytical skills to uncover new insights and create effective solutions that solve complex challenges.
• Experience working in agile environments, including DevOps and SCRUM methodologies. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and collaboration.
• A constructive and flexible mindset with a drive to achieve results. You'll take ownership of your work and be motivated to contribute to our team's success.
• Passion for teamwork, eagerness to speak up and share your thoughts, and willingness to embrace your mistakes and learn from them. You'll be part of a supportive team environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages growth.
• Exceptional English language skills, as it's the main working language within our team. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from all over the world and be part of a truly global team.
