Aftersales Manager DACH (w/m/d)

Organize and oversee all after-sales processes as well as technical services

Lead, coach, and develop the team both professionally and disciplinarily

Prepare regular quality and management reports and provide training for dealers and service partners

Visit customers to ensure product quality, service performance, and customer satisfaction

Support the organization at national and international trade fairs

Completed training as a master craftsman in construction or agricultural machinery mechanics

Several years of proven experience in aftersales for construction and agricultural machinery

Excellent German skills and fluent English, both spoken and written

Strong service-oriented and communicative personality with customer care experience

Solid knowledge of safety precautions and procedures when working with mechanical equipment
