Job Description

We are implementing a global IFS Cloud ERP template across all our entities worldwide — and we’re looking for motivated and skilled professionals to join our deployment team in the Accounting and Controlling domain.

In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional international project team responsible for rolling out our global IFS Cloud solution to local sites. You will work closely with local finance teams to map existing processes, adapt them to our global template, and ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly support the successful deployment, adoption, and stabilization of IFS Cloud in our organization.

Key Areas

• Lead ERP (IFS Cloud) rollouts across global sites in the Accounting & Controlling domain.
• Align local finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, etc.) with a global ERP template.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and legal requirements.
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities for finance teams.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive process harmonization and reporting excellence

Qualifications

Functional and key to success

• 5+ years in accounting/controlling with ERP experience (IFS Cloud preferred).
• Proven track record in ERP deployments or global template rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, etc.).
• Experience in project-based environments (e.g., EPC, engineering).
• Fluent in English; willing to travel up to 30%.
