In this role, you will perform a project management function, overseeing the implementation of digital solutions for both support services and retail operations at healthcare client locations across the U.S.

Our Support Services Ecosystem includes TaskUp, TaskVue, and ClearVue. On the Retail side, solutions span Point of Sale (POS), Order & Pay Kiosks, Self-Checkout, Mobile Ordering, Digital Signage, and Cashless products. This position balances both strategic initiatives and tactical execution to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage intake of new project requests, including building Statements of Work (SOWs), budgetary estimates, and coordinating approvals with the business.
  • Monitor and track team budget and recoveries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Run implementations of new products (pilots and proofs of concept), collaborating with Technology Delivery Managers and Directors to manage projects.
  • Support hardware procurement, testing, and logistics while running weekly internal calls with development and product teams.
  • Partner with the business to launch new products, including occasional travel to client sites to support implementations.
  • Manage data by monitoring and gathering metrics to be presented to leadership, including creating graphs, charts, and dashboards for executive consumption.
  • Assemble hardware and network equipment, troubleshoot routers/switches, and work with vendor software in healthcare environments (hospitals and senior dining facilities).
  • Lead technical conversations on network requirements, interface throughput, hardware launches, and back-of-house solution training across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure project estimates are accurate, complete, and that scope changes are documented and approved in advance.
  • Monitor project status, escalate risks, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Continuously refine tools and processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes that align with organizational goals and strategic direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of technology project management experience.
  • Healthcare technology and EMR experience highly preferred; restaurant and/or hospital/retail technology experience strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of network diagrams and connectivity.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant, hospital, or retail technologies (POS, kitchen management systems, internet access technologies).
  • Service-oriented, collaborative approach to client and peer relationships.
  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%, with flexibility for additional travel as needed (including occasional weekends and holidays).
