Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Physiotherapists to join our highly valued Allied Health team at Epworth Geelong on a casual basis. We welcome applications from physiotherapists with a minimum of three years clinical experience, who are seeking either week day and/or weekend shifts. The allocated classification of Grade One or Two will be established based on the successful applicants level of experience within the hospital setting.
At Epworth Geelong our physiotherapists provide care to patients in the Emergency Department, ICU, acute wards, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation services. Patient profiles include but are not limited to, orthopaedics, neurology, cardiorespiratory, general medical, surgical, oncology, pelvic health and pain management. As a casual physiotherapist at Epworth Geelong your role would include cover of planned and unplanned leave as well as allocation to a weekend roster based on your availability.
The successful applicant will possess sound clinical credentials and the ability to work autonomously across the continuum of hospital based care. You will present with a demonstrated history of positive contributions to highly performing teams and the motivation to add value.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience working as a physiotherapist in a hospital setting
- Physiotherapy skills in acute clinical care and/or rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage a busy clinical load
- Excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail in all aspects of your work
- The ability to effectively manage a varied clinical caseload
