Job Description

The fleet management team is responsible for: 

  • Ensure the management of the vehicle fleet for the agreed entities, complying with current legislation and the policy of the Groupe BPCE.  
  • Actively participate in actions to contribute to the optimization of costs and CSR policies, ensuring customer satisfaction

Main Tasks And Goals:

  • Places orders for function and service vehicles from various entities of the group according to the catalog, ensuring delivery to the destination.  
  • Monitors and manages rental contracts to ensure their validity and updates.  
  • Ensures the allocation of vehicles based on needs and according to the defined policy and catalog. 
  • Oversees the legalization and maintenance of vehicle documentation to ensure it is up to date.  
  • Monitors and updates the systems and applications used in fleet management. 
  • Analyzes and validates invoices related to contracts and other fleet-related matters. 
  • Coordinates and interacts with various services of the lessor to resolve issues related to vehicles and/or their respective contracts and/or drivers. 
  • Follows and enforces the rules and procedures of the fleet policy and contributes to the overall optimization of its costs. 
  • Monitors and tracks violations and costs related to vehicles and their drivers. 
  • Participates in the discussion and implementation of new technologies and solutions made available and contributes to continuous improvement. 
  • Provides necessary support to clients and entities to contribute to overall satisfaction. 
  • Contributes to the implementation and monitoring of KPIs and controls. 
  • Integrate and trains new employees and provides training as part of job versatility. 

Additional Information:

  • Availability to travel abroad occasionally, availability to work on public holidays. 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • French Speaker (minimum B2)
  • Renting contracts management.
  • Fines management 
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office 
  • Planner
