<point>Designing, building and optimizing elements of Bolt’s Finance data platform</point>
<point>Integrating data flows and processes with ERP, Finance systems and 3rd party solutions</point>
<point>Analyzing, understanding and documenting business logic and data structures</point>
<point>Implementing data models and metrics in Data Warehouse</point>
<point>Proactively solving technical and business challenges and fixing bugs</point>
<point>Developing metrics, reports and dashboards in BI platform</point>
<point>Work independently and together with stakeholders (Product teams, Data Platform, Finance) to improve data infrastructure, pipeline and reporting environment</point>

About you:

<point>A university degree in a technical subject (Computer science, Mathematics or similar)</point>
<point>Proficient in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SparkSQL etc.) and data modeling</point>
<point>At least 2-4 years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering</point>
<point>Good English and communication skills</point>
<point>Solid knowledge of algorithms, data architectures and database design (OLTP/OLAP)</point>
<point>Competency and experience at least with 1 programming language like Python</point>
<point>Experience with BI tools such as Looker or PowerBI</point>
<point>Strong understanding of engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)</point>
<point>Keen to understand business logic, analytical skills to design solutions for business</point>
<point>Familiarity with any cloud systems (AWS, Azure, Google)</point>
<point>Hands-on experience in distributed data processing (Spark or similar)</point>
<point>Understanding of accounting and financial data, analytics and integrations</point>
<point>Desire to experiment, learn and grow</point>
<point>Worked with modern data stack tools like dbt, airflow, fivetran etc.</point>
