Job Description

We are looking for an L&D Specialist who’s passionate about helping people grow. In this role, you’ll support everything from setting up our Learning Management System (LMS) to organizing training programs, helping new joiners feel welcome, and shaping graduate and internship opportunities. Your work will make a real difference by helping employees develop their skills, stay engaged, and succeed.

You’ll have the chance to shape learning and development from the ground up and help others succeed along the way.

• What you will need to do:
• Supporting Learning & Growth
• Help improve the L&D function and set up better tools and processes
• Play a key role in setting up and managing our LMS
• Support the creation of learning paths and development plans

Organizing Training Programs

• Coordinate workshops, e-learning, and hands-on training
• Work with different teams to make sure training is relevant and useful
• Help track what’s working and what needs improvement

Graduate & Internship Programs

• Support the design and rollout of internships and graduate schemes
• Work with universities and internal teams to create strong learning opportunities
• Help organize events, networking sessions, and learning experiences

Helping New Joiners Settle In

• Assist in building a strong onboarding experience
• Develop materials that help new employees understand the company, their role, and safety practices

Working With Partners

• Help manage relationships with external training providers
• Make sure all training, especially around safety and compliance, meets our standards

Keeping Things on Track

• Support the collection of feedback and learning data
• Help with reporting and improving programs over time
• Assist in communicating training opportunities to employees

What you will need to have:

• Around 3 years’ experience in L&D, HR, or a related role
• Comfortable using LMS systems and digital learning tools
• Strong with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in the construction or engineering sector is a bonus
• Fluent in English
