Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Embedded Systems Engineer with Good experience in both hardware design and embedded software development. strong passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and system-level thinking. In this role, you’ll push boundaries in product design, collaborating across disciplines to develop next-generation solutions. You will be a key contributor to our innovation strategy—ideating, prototyping, and iterating solutions that anticipate future trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom embedded hardware platforms, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware bring-up.
- Select and integrate microcontrollers, sensors, communication modules, and power management components.
- Perform hardware validation and testing, including signal integrity.
Software Responsibilities:
- Develop and debug firmware and low-level software.
- Interface with sensors, actuators, communication stacks (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Working experience with general purpose development board meaning will be added Advantage such as Raspberry, ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1, Discovery Kit with STM32MP157D MPU etc.
System-Level Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, UX/UI, data, and cloud/backend teams to deliver complete solutions.
- Participate in innovation sprints, feasibility studies, and new product exploration.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards
The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Hadapsar, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.
Qualifications
To achieve these goals,
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in electronic engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded Product development.
- Curious and adaptive driven to explore new technologies and unconventional ideas
- Strong in systems thinking, seeing the full product lifecycle and integration across domains
- Skilled in creative problem-solving, lateral thinking, and iterative design
- Demonstrates resilience, risk-taking, and a proactive approach to technical challenges
- Strong communicator who can clearly present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Committed to ethical, user-centric design and long-term sustainability in engineering solutions.
