As CHC/ Opella People & Culture Team, our purpose is to both support the Global Functions/Business leaders in reaching their business priorities.

We play a crucial part in Sanofi CHC growth, by providing P&C solutions to support our CHC business in its vision to become the best FMCH company In & For the world.

Your Role:

The PBP role reports solid line to People Director Sanofi CHC India.

  • She/he is responsible for leading and monitoring all the P&C related project activities in scope of Digital Hub in India in close partnership with PBP, Hyderabad Hub.
  • Staffing, Social Processes, P&C processes.
  • Drive Opella vision and building Challenger culture.
  • Including all CHC COE functions scope in close relationship with the corresponding Global People Business partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Staffing plan with respective stakeholders that will enable CHC to operate in autonomous way.
  • Follow up the India hiring plans for all roles to be located in India COE for digital.
  • Implementing policies and processes in line with Opella P&C strategy
  • Implement Communication & Change management and ensure a timely and engaging communication takes place with all stakeholders.
  • Manager the pillars of attract, develop and retain for the digital teams.
  • Acting as a P&C business partner for the Digital Team for respective functions in India and ensuring the delivery of P&C commitments as it evolves

About You

  • Experience in program management in complex transformation project environment
  • Knowledge and experience as HR Generalist and HRBP, with the ability to understand and challenge HR operating model as well as ways of working.
  • Consultative skills in change management, aptitude for process thinking and improvement, solution oriented &creative thinking.
  • Strong in transversal collaboration with diverse and cross functional teams
  • Able to communicate effectively within senior management levels.
  • Headcount and personnel cost baselining
  • In depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management
  • Fluency In English
