Description/Job Summary
To provide excellent service to customers by managing services and growing customer relationships while continuously promoting products
Responsibilities/Duties
- Manage an assigned territory of customers and work aggressively to increase market share
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Build business relationships and long-term partnerships with new and existing Pride customers which includes learning how the customer’s business aligns with Pride’s products and services
- Communicate effectively with Pride customers and all Pride departments
- Complete reports and provide feedback within established timeframes
- Cultivate a high sense of urgency and strategize to achieve all individual and company goals as directed
- Develop and execute a pre-planned rotation of outgoing calls to maximize territory coverage
- Maintain a high level of customer service and establish a follow-through reputation
- Follow all process and policies including but not limited to, pricing policies, Voice of the Customer (VOC) policies, and freight policies
- Utilize appropriate resources including managers and other departments to accomplish tasks as needed
- Work as a team to ensure all Pride customers are addressed quickly and with exceptional service
- Pursue ongoing professional development in order to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Consistently achieve revenue goals and utilize enhanced sales skills to create strategic plans that drive increased growth and revenue
- Follow company directives to move priority inventory as communicated
- Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
- Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
- Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
- Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
- Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Preferred Skills
•Excellent working knowledge of Pride’s products and services preferred
Required Experience
•At least 3 years of sales experience, OR at least 2 years of experience with Pride Mobility in a role providing customer service, product support and/or assisting providers with products/orders
Preferred Experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a call center environment preferred
- At least 1 year of experience with specific products preferred
- At least 1 year of sales experience which includes responsibility of managing a specific territory in a commissioned role preferred
- Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
Required Education
•High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education
- Associate Degree in a related field preferred
- Lean Bronze Certification preferred
Required Qualifications
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
