Job Description

• Hiring for Accounts payable
• Candidate Should be comfortable with US Shift ( 05.30 PM to 02:30 AM )
• Good Communication Skills are required
• Considering Fresher's Only
• Good accounting knowledge
• Invoice Review: Examine incoming invoices for accuracy, ensuring they match purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and allocation.
• Approval Coordination: Route invoices for necessary approvals and ensure timely processing.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.
