We are seeking an RN Nurse Manager to join our Adult & Pediatric Nursing team in Elmsford, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN with strong clinical skills and a heart for mentoring others who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll guide and support our nursing team while ensuring families receive the highest level of care. Every day looks a little different, but you can expect to:

Lead & Support

• Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and home health staff
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and emergencies

Ensure Quality Care

• Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Conduct supervisory visits to make sure care is safe, effective, and family-centered

Collaborate & Communicate

• Work closely with physicians, therapists, schools, and families
• Partner with our intake and scheduling teams for smooth transitions of care

Grow The Team

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing new nursing staff
• Promote best practices in infection control, medication safety, and patient education

What We’re Looking For

• RN license in NY (required)
• 2+ years of nursing experience (home care or pediatrics a plus)
• Trach/vent experience- or a strong interest in learning
• A natural leader who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving
• Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits
• Able to travel to Westchester, Orange, Putnam, Rockland Counties and the Bronx.  

Leadership experience is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for a skilled RN ready to step into management.

Salary- Starting at $110,000 / year plus a $5,000 bonus!
