Cyber Security Solutions Manager

• Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) or Chennai (Siruseri) or Pune (Talawade) or Mumbai (Airoli (West).

Objectives

• Lead the development of technical solutions within Cyber Security Services and offerings.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security Business Development and Sales leadership to define security solution strategies aligned with overall “Win Strategy.”
• Apply deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) knowledge to design solutions controlling user access and ensuring secure information management.
• Ensure integrated security solutions meet delivery assurance standards and receive necessary sign-offs.
• Act as the primary contact to oversee and enforce governance processes (e.g., Atos Rainbow & Cyber Security Service Governance) throughout the pursuit and engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand cybersecurity needs and translate them into high-level solution designs.
• Work with SMEs, bid teams, and engineers to shape proposals, validate technical designs, and define pricing strategies.
• Develop comprehensive proposals, solution overviews, and value propositions highlighting Atos’ competitive differentiation.
• Deliver high-quality client communications including formal proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Support bid and proposal processes across managed services, system integration, and consulting engagements.
• Run workshops and conduct security assessments to identify risks, exposures, and vulnerabilities.
• Architect secure, scalable, and compliant solutions addressing client-specific security and privacy requirements.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend enhancements to services and offerings.

Activities

• Design and develop complex cybersecurity solutions covering SOC/XDR, EDR, TI/TIP, VMS, EASM, SOAR, CSIRT, IAM, SASE, CNAPP, CIEM, and related areas.
• Provide full lifecycle support: consultancy, architectural design, and implementation oversight.
• Produce high-quality documentation (presentations, reports, risk assessments, and metrics).
• Deliver client presentations both virtually and in-person.
• Advise clients on compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, SSAE18, ISAE3402, SOC1, and FISMA.
• Provide full lifecycle support: consultancy, architectural design, and implementation oversight.
• Produce high-quality documentation (presentations, reports, risk assessments, and metrics).
• Deliver client presentations both virtually and in-person.

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in senior solution architecture across cybersecurity domains.
• Strong expertise in IT security, compliance, and risk management including privacy, controls, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Hybrid).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions and cloud-native security solutions.
• Proven experience as a Security Consultant across design and implementation phases.
• (Preferred) Implementation experience with advanced cybersecurity solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of security compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage at multiple organizational levels.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
