About This Role:

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Operations with 8 - 10 years of experience in operations, client services, and project management to join our team for a major automotive client. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build processes from the ground up and contribute to a bespoke delivery center of excellence. This role requires someone with a passion for attention to detail and process documentation. execution, and driving operational efficiency through the implementation of tools, workflows, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations related to our automotive client accounts, including program/project management, resource allocation, and client communications
  • Program management of assigned brand projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring program performance against organizational goals
  • Evaluate and implement tools, technologies, and workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity, leveraging AI and other emerging technologies where applicable
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and technology, to ensure alignment and execution of client deliverables
  • Identify potential risks: and develop mitigation plans. 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of processes and workflows.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in operations, client services, and project management, preferably within the digital advertising or creative production industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results for clients
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies, with a focus on automotive industry dynamics
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, including AI and automation
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Monday.com and / or JIRA strongly preferred).
  • Ability to think laterally - working cross-functionally with other leaders to promote integrated solutioning and consistency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute on innovative solutions to meet client objectives
  • Proven ability to thrive in client facing environments / situations

Additional Skillsets Preferred:

  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with digital production processes and tools, including content management systems and creative collaboration platforms.
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
  • Proactive problem-solving and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Knowledge of enablement strategies and best practices for maximizing team performance and efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
