- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, understanding client challenges and positioning Equum’s acute-care telehealth solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, clinical, and finance teams to structure proposals, pricing models, and contracts that maximize client and company value.
- Act as a visible ambassador for Equum Medical at industry conferences, association events, and client forums, strengthening brand presence and driving pipeline.
- Provide mentorship and deal coaching to colleagues, elevating the effectiveness of the broader commercial team.
- Leverage Salesforce and data analytics to forecast accurately, track pipeline performance, and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Identify trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities to inform Equum’s growth strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in telehealth sales, with a strong track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience within a telehealth acute-care services company strongly preferred.
- Proven top performer, consistently exceeding quota with recognition such as Rep of the Year, President’s Club, or other top-tier sales achievement awards.
- Deep understanding of hospital and health system dynamics, including financial, operational, and workforce challenges.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, particularly with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex solutions into compelling client narratives.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams.
- Experience mentoring or informally leading peers, with an interest in future leadership opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based commissions.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
