As Senior Manager Brand Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that empower our creative teams to do their best work. You’ll combine operational excellence with innovative problem-solving, ensuring projects run smoothly while creativity thrives.
At our in-house Brand Agency, brand is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll join a loyal, collaborative, and ambitious team that values fresh ideas and bold thinking. In this role, your voice will shape not just how we work, but how we grow and inspire. You’ll bridge creative talent with strategic direction, introduce smart tools and processes that accelerate delivery, and make sure every campaign is as efficient as it is impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Brand Operations function, driving operational excellence across all projects.
- Scout, support, and manage creative talent to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
- Design scalable workflows that streamline processes without compromising creative quality.
- Introduce AI tools and automation to accelerate output and spark innovation.
- Oversee asset libraries, timelines, and milestones to keep creative work accessible and on track.
- Manage budgets and resources with a strategic mindset, maximizing value and impact.
Qualifications
You’re someone who loves bringing structure to creativity — combining sharp organizational skills with the energy to keep projects moving fast and flawlessly. With a rare balance of business rigor and creative fluency, you thrive under pressure and know how to turn big ideas into scalable impact. You don’t just manage processes — you elevate them, making the work smarter, smoother, and more inspiring for everyone around you. On top of that you bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven experience leading operations, building systems, and managing creative projects at scale.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills — confident in steering multiple teams, budgets, and timelines with ease.
- Hands-on experience with workflow and asset management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, DAM systems) and an eagerness to explore the power of automation and AI.
