We’re looking for a Creative Production Manager to lead the development of engaging, brand-aligned content across digital and social channels. In this role, you’ll lead the creative production process from concept through to delivery, making sure every piece of content reflects our brand and inspires our audiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Creative Content Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and content teams, develop creative concepts and production strategies for key marketing initiatives and channels.
- Lead creative production - Coordinate content shoots including recruiting student talent and manage external production agency from pre-production to delivery and dispatch of assets.
- Identify brand opportunities - Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify opportunities for creative brand initiatives and optimisations.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery within financial parameters.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that the creative vision is maintained throughout the production process including alignment to brand guidelines.
- Freelancer and Agency Management: Build and maintain a network of freelancers and external vendors to deliver high quality assets. Orchestrate projects with external vendors either to deliver complete assets, or to augment internally produced projects.
- Internal Production: Produce high-quality multimedia and organic content (videos, graphics, etc.) tailored for relevant channels.
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align projects with brand and business objectives.
- Content Development: Assist with other brand, marketing and communication tasks as needed.
What you'll bring to this role:
- Proven experience in a creative production role, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
- Skilled with photography, videography, and media production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent design eye, creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage creative projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Strong understanding of creative processes, from conceptualisation through to delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of best-practice digital marketing, social media platforms, and trends in visual storytelling.
