CRM Intern - Campaign Support

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Intern to support execution of email campaigns. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and data-driven communication using Bloomreach – one of the leading platforms in digital experience and personalization.

In This Role, You Will:

• Assist CRM team in preparing and launching email campaigns using Bloomreach.
• Translate and adapt global email templates from English to Polish, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign content and links.
• Follow CRM calendar to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

You’re the perfect match, if You have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Interest in CRM, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
