In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, fostering collaboration across teams, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including Service Operations and after-sale functions, across multiple markets, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met in payments, transport, refunds, and claims.
• Conduct business reviews to identify and resolve inefficiencies, developing and implementing improved processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track and analyze department and team performance using KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and data analytics, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and mentor team leaders and members, fostering professional development and strong engagement for a high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate with HQ and international teams to execute B2B operational strategies, coordinate centralized processes, and drive growth through new business opportunities and optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in operations, especially with large teams.
• Good leadership skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience working with Matrix Management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of business operations.
• Ability to work in a changing and fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using everyday office software.
