Are you a marketing operations ninja who can connect the dots across multi-channel campaigns and our Martech stack? And can you turn multiple data points into insights that tells a story and provides direction for marketing optimisation? If yes, then our role as campaign operations specialist will be a great opportunity for you to help strengthen our marketing operations and campaign impact.
Reporting to our UK-based global campaign manager and team lead, you will join our newly established Manchester-based team. and be part of the global Brand, Marketing and External relations team.
The candidate stepping into this role partners with our campaign managers and offshore ops team to build digital campaigns with solid data, automation and tracking set-up, and spots the glitches and identifies solutions to them. Additionally, you will be key in improving our campaign analytics, dashboard and reporting set-up.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities Include:
- Team up with our marketing managers deliver platform support and data for campaign execution using HubSpot and wider Martech stack – you ensure our campaign engine room is set-up
- Orchestrate our marketing automation set-up for group campaigns with focus on HubSpot, including designing and setting up lead scoring.
- Collaborate with offshore data and analytics colleagues to improve and ensure correct tracking set-up across channels and platforms.
- Drive campaign analytics by building dashboards and reporting that tells a clear story and builds a map for campaign optimisation

- 3+ year of relevant marketing operations experience – ideally from an international B2B environment.
- You are fluent across the MarTech stack and core platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems and Google Analytics, and UTM codes and tracking is a natural part of your vocabulary. Note: we use PiwikPro, great if you do too.
- A structured and analytical mindset and proven experience with data analysis, dashboard building and reporting that effectively tells a story and informs decision making
- You understand systems requirements for an effective tracking set-up and with strong problem-solving abilities, you naturally identify issues and solutions.
- Basic knowledge of marketing legal aspects, incl. GDPR is an advantage
