Scopely is looking for a highly motivated Campaign Lead to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis!

We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will work on the leading mobile mid-core games like Stumble Guys, among others. You will work on our best game Monopoly GO.
What You’Ll Do
As a Campaign Lead, you will play a central role in turning strategy into execution. Partnering closely with Marketing, Creative Leads, Producers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure campaigns are designed, scoped, resourced, and delivered at the highest standard.
You’ll oversee timelines, resources, and processes with an eye for detail and a strong strategic view—ensuring smooth execution in the moment and driving meaningful results over the long term.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Strategic Planning & Campaign Design
- Translate Marketing strategy into actionable campaign plans, objectives, KPIs/OKRs, scope, and timelines.
- Draft and maintain the campaign/projects (requirements, specs, approvals, acceptance criteria) to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Prioritize work with Creative Leads and Marketing, balancing impact, capacity, and deadlines.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Own campaign schedules and deliverables, aligning milestones with Marketing, Producers, UA, Legal, and Localisation.
- Lock handovers to Production with full, production-ready briefs, projects, specs, and risk assessments.
- Manage dependencies and unblock execution across multiple teams; escalate risks with context and options.
Forecasting & Capacity Planning
- Partner with Creative Marketing Managers to forecast resources and budgets across campaigns.
- Track burn/variance and report on financials monthly/quarterly.
- Identify staffing, freelancer, and vendor needs; support sourcing and onboarding.
Workflow & Process Excellence
- Drive Wrike ticketing compliance—create requests, enforce templates, SLAs, stage gates, and update scope changes.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with brand and tech standards prior to delivery.
- Maintain campaign templates, playbooks, and version control to support efficiency and consistency.
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Management
- Provide weekly status, budget, and risk reports to the Marketing team.
- Track and share campaign KPIs/OKRs and testing results.
- Facilitate retrospectives; capture learnings and roll them into future cycles.
- Build and maintain a central repository of processes, learnings, and retros.
- Communicate and roll out process changes with clarity and alignment.
New Launches & Strategic Bets
- Orchestrate creative workstreams for new game launches and innovative campaign formats.
- Surface opportunities for channel and format testing in collaboration with Marketing.
What We’Re Looking For
- 6+ years of project or campaign management in creative production, marketing, or advertising.
- Experience leading cross-functional campaign development with Marketing and Creative teams.
- Proven track record managing scope, budgets, and timelines across multiple high-priority projects.
- Strong organisational skills, detail orientation, and ability to balance competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience with digital assets, workflow tools (Wrike preferred), and creative processes.
Experience in mobile games or entertainment is a strong plus.
