Our Insurance Agency currently has an opening for and entry level insurance Sales & Service position.  Were looking for a talented, sales and service minded individual with the passion for helping our members.  We can help achieve lasting success in a career with unlimited income potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with assigned branches to obtain referrals for new business sales.

• Contact existing clients to review, remarket, and cross sell their existing policies.
• Work closely with the SR P&C Insurance Agent to service existing clients, follow up on proposals, and cross sell accounts.

 Starting pay, $50-80k based on performance, annual bonus plus eligible for full benefits package. Annual bonus is based on team performance. License renewals and mileage reimbursement will be included.

Candidates should have a minimum high school diploma/equivalent plus experience with a sales/service focus. Current NY State Property & Casualty Agents/Brokers License in good standing is preferred. Will sponsor the right candidate to obtain license within 90 days of employment.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
