Our Product team is seeking a Product Operations Manager (f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in being the central communication hub between customers, internal teams, and product management. You'll streamline feedback processes, evangelize our roadmap, and ensure we close the customer feedback loop effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Feedback Management: Centralize and triage product feedback from internal teams and customers, ensuring systematic tracking, transparent follow-up, and closed loops across all channels (including G2, Capterra, and support feedback).
- Roadmap Communication: Become an expert on our roadmap, tailoring updates for different stakeholders, keeping information current, and ensuring commitments are factored into product planning to support adoption and reduce churn risks.
- Operational Excellence: Own and optimize cross-functional processes (e.g., NPS tooling, churn workflows, sales demo environments, bug/ops ticketing), enabling smooth collaboration between customer-facing and technical teams.
- Customer Insights: Partner with the data team to extract insights from feedback and usage data, explore new tooling, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product prioritization.
- Research & Discovery: Facilitate user research, connect PMs and designers directly with customers, coordinate testing and beta programs, and ensure insights are shared across the product org.
About You:
- You have experience in product operations, customer success, or a similar role, with strong stakeholder management, communication, and feedback management skills.
- You are fluent in English
In addition, here are the skills and attributes we are looking for:
- Strategic Synthesizer: You turn data, feedback, and product usage insights into clear, actionable recommendations that help product teams make smarter prioritization decisions.
- Feedback Fanatic: You close the loop on feedback by systematically collecting, organizing, and surfacing insights—ensuring every voice is heard and every signal is actioned.
- Trusted Communicator: You build strong cross-functional relationships and tailor your communication to different audiences, making product priorities, feedback, and roadmaps clear, actionable, and trusted.
- Process Optimiser: You build and refine scalable, efficient workflows that keep product running smoothly—removing friction and enabling focused execution.
- Execution Champion: You focus on outcomes, not just outputs, keeping initiatives moving and ensuring measurable impact is happening across the product organization.
