We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our expanding team. This role provides direct support to the Head of HR and delivers the full breadth of HR services across a multi-site workforce, while contributing to the development and maturity of the HR function.
This position requires a HR professional with demonstrated expertise in complex employee relations and industrial relations, as well as experience driving organisational development, learning and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR advice and operational support to the Head of HR across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Manage complex ER/IR matters including investigations, performance management, dispute resolution and policy application
- Ensure compliance with legislation, awards and industrial instruments
- Lead and support organisational development, learning and engagement initiatives
- Partner with leaders across multiple sites to deliver pragmatic and effective HR solutions
- Contribute to HR projects, workforce planning and process improvements
About You
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience at HRBP or SHRBP level
- Strong background in ER/IR
- Experience supporting a multi-site workforce
- Ability to partner with leaders and employees to provide practical support and deliver outcomes
- Skilled in managing sensitive and complex HR matters with professionalism
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence effectively
- Commercially astute, practical and solutions-focused
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR or a related discipline (desirable)
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, or eligibility to obtain
