Company Description

RSU Syubbanul Wathon is the first hospital in a partnership between Lippo Group, Siloam Hospitals Group, Syubbanul Wathon Foundation, and the Nahdlatul Ulama Executive Board. The hospital provides various medical services, such as obstetrics and gynaecology, internal medicine, paediatrics, and general surgery.

RSU Syubbanul Wathon has been accredited as Primary and has collaborated with the Health and Labour Social Security Organisation (BPJS) to provide quality services to all levels of society in Magelang and surrounding areas.

Job Description

• Bachelor Degree from any related major (preferably in psychology/ human resource management/ law)
• Have minimum 1-2 years work experience in the same position.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and coordinate various HR activities
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
• Understanding of HR best practices and principles, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

Qualifications

• Responsible for operational aspects of the Hospital's human resources department in accordance with established Group HR standards, policies, procedures and regulations and applicable accreditation requirements.
• Support recruiting backend and administrative support such as scheduling interviews, background checks, bid documentation, contracting and onboarding processes.
• Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and summary reports and ensure that all payroll data is processed in a timely and accurate manner before sending reports to the Head Office HR team as well as the Hospital Finance team.
• Work closely with the Head of HR to plan and execute staff engagement ideas/activities throughout the hospital (e.g., bonding events, themed office days, etc.)
