Job Description

Food & Beverage Supervisor

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.  Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What You Will Be Doing:

In this hands on role you will be expected to:

• have a keen eye for detail with good time management skills
• work alongside the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• be genuine in delivering outstanding service
• have knowledge of our menu's, and be able to provide recommendations and suggestions
• liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal

Qualifications

Your Experience And Skills Include:

• Service focused personality is essential along with a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
• You will work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
• Current NSW RSA or ability to obtain
• You have experience with a POS system
• Unlimited work rights in Australia
